My husband is picky. This 750 Goose Down Pillow was a big hit. He has been sleeping better and his neck pain has been lessened. He loves his new pillow and says it's like sleeping on a cloud. When used a on bed they are placed behind your standard, queen and king sized sleep pillows and used with a euro sham. When used on a sofa they are usually placed in the corners when not in use. But, when needed, placed behind the back for lumbar support or so the sofa doesn't sit so deep. They are, in my opinion the most versitile pillow anyone can buy. They can be filled with feathers, down, or a mix like our standard luxury down pillows.
